Due to its financing capabilities, FVD Global House SA has been invited to take part in the project “Gletscher City Resort”, in the Emirate of Fujairah.  

The project is a year-round beach and winter city resort with a full list of entertainment and the highest standards of service, on an area of 500 ha, and it is estimated that after a construction period of 4 years, the “Gletscher City Resort” will have a general capacity of up to 17,000 people and will count with a Commercial Area, a Shopping Center and Restaurants, a Business Center, Conference Halls and a Congress Hall, an Exhibition Center, an Entertainment Complex, an Aquapark, a Museum of the Future, an Academy of Sports and Tourism, a Healthcare Complex and a Parking Space for 12,000 cars.
