Chisinau Wholesale Market is a multifunctional logistics complex including objects of commerce, production, storage, administrative and socio-cultural service.

Scope:

  1. Food supply within the Chisinau municipality region.
  2. Stabilization of prices for clients and the inflation level reduction for consumers.
  3. Creating a food product center, wich would focus on all wholesale operators, agricultural sector, representatives of governmental and non-governmental organization of the Republic of Moldova, representatives of commercial, financial, consulting, logistics and other companies and countries.

Objectives:
Ensuring market infrastructure for the agricultural producers to ensure the flow of goods to consumers.

FRUITS & VEGETABLE PAVILION

  • Wholesale of medium and large agricultural products in the form of vegetables and fruits.
  • Frame type structure without interior columns, what provides an opportunity to model the commercial areas as required by traders.
  • Lateral covered ramps and technological spaces (windows, refrigerators, toilets, etc.).
  • Ofices are located on the 2nd level.

OPEN FRUITS & VEGETABLES PAVILION

  • The lateral ramp allows selling from trucks with a capacity of 10t and more.
  • The circulation in the pavilion goes in one direction, what allows to avoid traffic collisions.

FLOWER PAVILION

  • Exhibition spaces are provided. Offices are located on the 2nd floor.

    - continous freezer with capacity 3.5 t/hour for green peas;
    - continous freezer with capacity 1 t/hour for green peas;

DRYING FRUIT DEPARMENT

  1. Receiving, preparing and drying fruits during essential ripening of the raw material.
  2. Dried fruits are packed in:
    - Small containers with the net weight less than 1.0 kg;
    - Large containers with net weight less than 15 kg.

CAR WASH FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES

  • Sanitation and disinfection of motor vehicles for the transportation of agricultural products.

AUXILAURY BLOCK

  • Technical service, washing and cleaning of motor vehicles of small, medium and large size.

Total area - 1398 m2

STORAGE FOR SMALL SIZE PACKAGES

  • Receipt, storage and issue of the small and medium size polypropylene containers.
